The Montane Spine Summer Challenger 2022, a 108 mile jog on the Pennine Way
Now that the dust has settled a bit and I can use the stairs again, I thought I’d pen a few lines on my adventure. Forgive me if I do waffle on a bit! Firstly, I’ll add a little context to the essay. I am a 40 something long distance trail/fell or Ultra Marathon runner who lives in sunny Manchester. I have served in the British Army for several years and now I’m currently a HGV Driver. I have been running competitively for around 15 years ish.
